SPinvest Club Structure

Hello and good day to you all, today i would like to mostly talk about SPinvests structure and people stepping up to fill a role. As SPinvest grows and we near our 100,000 issued token target, it is time for us to real. If $1 STEEM becomes a thing, the fund will be worth over $100,000 easy (lambo money) so im pushing for members to help. I know that this will fall onto mostly blind eyes and many people simply don't have the time with life and stuff but I'm hoping a few can make the time. This is something you may have seen me write about before but offering incentives this time around might be an encouragement. Let us have a look and see what im thinking.

To start off and for those that are unaware. A few days back, i created the SPinvest Rewards NTF and this will play a major role in SPinvests growth. My thinking is if i can sell over 80,000 tokens pretty much on my own, what could a small army of SPI heads do? I'm not talking about writing a few promo posts for your followers to view. I'm talking about throwing everything we have at it. Social media, youtube, Reddit, more services, more sub-accounts, website and whatever else that might work. What are you good at? would you be good at running a social media group? do you make videos? can you write code? can you run a lotto? are you good at writing excellent posts? are maybe you like searching for things and going through data. What are you good at?

There are many things you can do to help the club and they range from pretty easy to a little more hands-on.

Content Producer
As always, this is top of the list. If you are someone that enjoys writing and think you could produce some sort of weekly series related to investments in any way, you would be in the right place. All you have to do is pick whatever day suits you best and that becomes your day, ill work around it. You can get in touch with me on discord, links at the bottom of the post.

Social Media Host
This would be for someone that enjoys interacting with people at a faster pace than steemit moves, talking about steemit, SPinvest, crypto and would enjoy running a social media club. SPinvest has access to over 500 claimed accounts and signing people up to steemit is not a problem, meaning we could offer contests. If this sounds interesting to you, hit me up.

Auditor
I'm not sure how this would work but this would be someone that could check through SPinvest's spreadsheets of data looking for discrepancies to keep me honest and make sure I'm doing what i say I'm doing. You might be thinking that's silly and OTT, i trust Mr SP Invest but if we have 500k tokens issued someday and STEEM has mooned for $3-5 giving the fund value of $1.5-$2.5 million, an auditor starts to make sense. Club Membership List Holder
Would you like to be in charge of the SPinvest confirmed membership list? You would be required to add newly confirmed members to the SPinvest communities group on https://beta.steemit.com/roles/hive-133513 as and when new members join up. This is a simple one but it's something i have fallen behind with If any handover would be up to date.

Run a Lotto
Do you like a gamble? Would you like to run a lotto for SPinvest and have a bunch of run in the process? It's hard to make a lotto work but if you can offer good prizes, they are worth it. This would only require a weekly post to announce winners, i can send the rewards out. Im not short of a few ideas for a lotto format but input would be required also. If this sounds up your street, DM me on discord.

Coders
Can you write code and would you like to help me build this thing up and start to automate a few things, go into NTF's help with the planned website. I know a little python and im comfortable with being thrown into he deepened.

Run a SPinvest leasing market
Would you be interested in running a leasing market for SPinvest? This would be a sub- account that would offer small SP leases of 100-1000SP to be paid on a weekly basis. There is nothing saying it could not be staked Leo are Neo where there are no leasing markets available.

Referrals Admin
Could SPinvest benefit from a referral program even if only offered for a limited time? Not sure about this one but it's an idea. I could only see this working if rewards were 1 time and not recurring like most referral programs. It could be interesting and really boast things.

How rewards factor in?

Right now, no idea. I have a rough idea in my head but nothing solid enough yet to write down. Recurring rewards are not the way to go as it becomes a regular expense. I think performance-based and 1-time rewards work better for us. I'll give a few examples below, the numbers main nothing and are just to show.

Content Producer
Take @jk6276 who runs @spinvest-leo for us. Last week that account earned over 100 STEEM. My thinking is if he can add 100 STEEM, can he earn a reward paid in the form of SPI tokens? Not a percentage, more of a performance-based reward. If the spinvest-leo account earns between 50-100 STEEM, he get 3 SPI tokens and if it earns 100+ STEEM, he gets 5 tokens. Something roughly like that.
Social Media Host
Get rewarded in SPI tokens for new people you can onboard to steemit are existing to invest into SPinvest.
Auditor
1-time reward per audit. Not sure how much this would need to be but a club vote will decide this. I assume it would be juicy
Club Membership Holders
This would be a 1-time reward for each newly confirmed member. Recruiting and running SPinvest drives could pay off in short bursts if you wanted to take it to that level.
Running a Lotto
Target based on ticket sales, jackpot sizes and the number of people holding tickets.
Coders
No idea.
Running a leasing market
1-time rewards for new leases acquired.
Referral Admin
1-time rewards for new investors based on invested amount and target rewards for hitting numbers.

That is roughly how i think rewards would work best. Performance-based is not a salary. I should also point out that rewards are planned to never exceed 3-5% of earnings overall so a very small number. There will be much to talk about on this subject.

As we approach the 100,000 tokens issued mark, it's time for us to have a bit of club structure, give people roles and start to decentralize SPinvest. There's no point in getting to 1 million issued tokens and Mr SP Invest still doing everything. I would like to be ready and it's something that takes time. It would be hard if not impossible to fill all these roles within the next week are month but over 3-5 years, the odds increase a lot. Plan today for tomorrow. Rewards will require some sort of Discord town hall meeting as it's a complex subject and having as many people as can get in 1 place at 1 time would work best. Either that are some sort of downloadable questionnaire.

Buy SPI tokens directly from @spinvest. Each token is currently priced at 1.00 STEEM and you can send any amount directly to @spinvest and i will issue you SPI tokens to 2 decimal places for the value of STEEM to send. All tokens bought directly will be sent to investors SE wallets within 24 hours but most likely much sooner.
