I thought it would be a great idea to turn tomatoes into a quick serving when making pizza. Or preserve tomatoes so that they last longer if they are stored properly.
Very creative, I like the way you dry the tomatoes by covering them with mosquito nets so they are safe from insects and other dust materials.

Thanks for the visit @nurfay, and yes, it is a good alternative to cover them, because they can be contaminated with unwanted insects or environmental dust.
It's a good idea to take advantage of the harvest season, which only lasts a few weeks a year. Greetings.
