My Mind Goes Blank ....... Success, What Does That Mean To You?

As I sit here to create something my mind goes blank. I have no idea where this is going to lead. I will sit here and just type as things come to mind and maybe I'll hit a topic and maybe not....

There's a lot of noise and distractions going on right now and I should have done this earlier but I was trying to get my hair done. That's not finished either. I stopped so I could get my post done but I'm blank right now. This will be very boring I know a nothing comes to mind.

I'm tired of writing about all the distraction and inconvienences going on in my life that puts me in this mode.

So, let's talk about success.

What does success mean to you?

To me success means achieving something of importance not only to others but what's important to you. It doesn't have to be big. It can be small but complete. All your small successes will add up to a big success in the future.

1. the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors; the accomplishment of one's goals.
2. the attainment of wealth, position, honors, or the like.
3. a performance or achievement that is marked by success, as by the attainment of honors:
   The play was an instant success.
4. a person or thing that has had success, as measured by attainment of goals, wealth, etc.:
   She was a great success on the talk show.
5. Obsolete. outcome.

These are all definitions of success according to dictionary.com

Most of these definitions have to do with obtaining wealth or achievements that is usually measured by others. I believe that you hold the key to your own success. You are the one to determine if what you have accomplished is success.

You can be successful and still have goals to reach. After all, once you set your goals, each step you complete is a step of success which leads to your ultimate success (the completion of your goal).
