Bitcoin's latest boom may not be sustainable at this rate, but no one knows where it will peak. Meanwhile, altcoins offer varying valuable features and people should consider grabbing some BTC profits by switching to altcoins. But it's a hard thing to balance.

Looks like we are finding a pattern that has happened before: BTC is sort of going sideways at a new higher level, so people are turning to altcoins, and we are really starting to see some movement there.
