Wow awesome. APR is a bit on higher side considering buy orders available, but a good start.

You are right about that! The calculations are made for the LENM price of 4HIVE and LEN of 0.12... If we take another calculation at 0.11 HIVE, the APR is slightly over 21%, which is still OK... ;)

Tbh, we didn't expect this much after only 3-4 weeks of existence! Of course, it can fluctuate more, but it is a nice start...
