I am REALLY glad you are putting yourself first. I worry about you overdoing it. So, it's good that you are reorganizing and taking care of your health. I can become a workaholic, too, and it really increases my anxiety and burns me out. So now I am going to bed earlier, taking Saturdays off and tweaking ways I do my tasks each day. It seems to be helping!
So, enjoy your much needed sleep & I think you will be just as productive working smarter, not harder per se...
Oh btw, did I hear garbage trucks in the background? he he he. Welcome to my world! 😂🤣 💚
