I have taken into consideration is moving to another country where the quality of life is far improved.

You're the second person I've read about who's said this recently. Things already sound pretty tough in Suriname and getting worse.

Do you have an ideal of where you will move?

Yeah, it's slowly but surely getting worse. And for me it's not even that bad yet, just a decrease in quality of life, for now. There are many people who already lived below the poverty line before. I can't imagine how they are surviving now, and the future hardships they might meet.

Most likely I would move to Nederland (the Netherlands) for a few reasons. The relationship with Suriname (ex-colony) is a close one. I also have family there, and it would initially be easier for me to get a job there in what I do, software development.
