After a long, long silence from me, on the last day of the year, at the last minute before the turn of the year, still a post… Ok, of course I write 3 posts a week for @ lbi-token, but it was on my own account quiet!

And what do I still have to say on the last day?

Of course, I have been thinking about the past year in recent days. And like many, I would like to see 2020 go, and I hope for a better 2021. Although it does not start very hopefully, the Corona is still celebrating here in the Netherlands. The turn of the year is therefore different from other years. Not that I personally have so much trouble with that now, or have any difficulty with it. But I can imagine that for many people it is a big damper on the annual revelry.

Even blogging stopped

I myself was busy with other things lately. Half a year has now passed from the year I gave myself to have 1000 euros. And where that went very well in the beginning, it later declined completely. Some setbacks that prevented me from moving on, wrong decisions as a result of which I saw the crypto that I had bought for 400 euros fall back to 200 euros and my inspiration dropped far below zero, even blogging stopped working ... I did not get any happier, and decided to let it go.

I wanted to do something for myself

Now on the last day of the year I wanted to do something positive for myself, and I decided to remove at least the Hive I had on binance. And with the upcoming airdrop in mind, that @khaleelkazi announced, I decided to at least on the last day of 2020 make sure that I would at least see the 1 with 3 zeros somewhere.

And I have the 775 leopower that I had supplemented to 1000 leopower!

More leopower also gives a little more curation, of course, and if you cannot invest a lot, you have to think of things to make more of the little you have.

I'm not giving up on my goal!

I have not yet given up on having earned 1000 euros in the middle of 2021, only I will have to take other paths for that, and I have also been thinking about that in recent months. It has long been a great wish of mine to publish a book. No no biography, lol ... no one is interested in my story. But I think it would be fun to shape the blogs I made for @ shepherd-stories into a children's book. And with my new hobby in Krita (digital art) to make the illustrations myself. Through Kindle Publishing (Amazon) it is a real possibility to publish a booklet in this way. And that without much cost, or even totally free. I still have to figure out that part carefully, and if anyone has experience with it, I would of course like to hear it.

Also bought more LBI

In addition to taking my leopower to 1000, I did a little more today. I also bought a few extra LBI. Yes, I write blogs for LBI, but I also have every confidence that LBI will be a good investment for the future. So given that I had 159 leo left when my leopower was at 1000… I just sent that leo to LBI so my LBI's are also up a bit!

Going to work for @raymondspeaks, starting from next Monday

Besides these two things, I'm also going to start a new challenge… I'm going to help @raymondspeaks fill his website. No I am not a MAN, but YES I can write. We both hope that nice things will come out of this collaboration. And so 2021 will start differently for me than 2020.

New Year, new plans!

Last year I had to say goodbye to Rowan just before New Year's Eve, which gave my New Year's Eve a sad tinge, this year I will celebrate New Year's Eve again with 3 dogs around me. The arrival of Skipper in February made my grief for Rowan subside a bit. The arrival of Corona meant that I had to completely change the plans I had made, and that even my inspiration to start photographing dropped to zero. Discovering Krita and focusing on creating digital art with Krita gave me another purpose, opened up perspectives and gave me a new direction to take. This year I close with prospects for the new year. With plans for the new year… And hopefully new inspiration too.

Expand my fiancial space

I cannot change the circumstances in which we have to move during these times. But I can ensure that within these limitations at least my financial space will expand. And that's what I'll be working for in the coming year.
