It is the first time I read this phrase "Difficulties prepare ordinary people for extraordinary destinies", however, I had already heard something similar, internalize that in difficulties we can exploit our maximum power involves an act of maturity, it is certainly not easy to overcome obstacles that collapse you emotionally, but when you are willing to not be defeated by any situation is there when we will find the path to achieve truly extraordinary goals as you well put it. Great reflective approach.

I have always thought that it is necessary to have big goals in order to move forward. If we settle for the everyday and basic, we will simply be doomed to have the basics.
