RE: The Ruins Of Lex Associates, Uyo

Hello @zanoz! It's such a pity to see beautiful modern buildings demolished. However, in rapidly emerging nations with a high volume of real estate development, these activities happen sometimes due to the government's continuing plans for urbanized progress and to pave the way for the construction of beneficial public infrastructure projects. I'm pretty sure the previous owners of that property were compensated well. If not, then that would be a major issue to be brought to court.

Exactly!
I am so certain the previous owners were compensated too, cause as you said, it would have been a serious issue.

And yes you are right about this.

I agree with Erne, oftentimes, property owners affected by such projects are compensated well. I wonder what the future plans for this specific location are and how it would turn out a few years down the line.

This became my major concern as well.
