That´s a yummy dish. We do this as well sometimes with sausages instead of chicken.

Oh sounds nice. I saw few dishes in some online blogs about, people using different alternates for chicken. Some do prefer beef, bacon and like you said sausages as well. Either way it does taste yummy : )
