Is Buying cards market or random cards which strategy is best ?

When I started I bought direct from dCity because they only cost 800 SIM or 4 Hive. Later, to fill out my city I used the marketplace but the cards mostly cost more. I would buy some cards direct if I were you and then see what you need. Either population or employer cards. Start small and get a feel for the game. !tan
